Cindy Collins served (8) years on the HOA committee of the subdivision she resides along with being on the ACC (Architectural Control Committee). Her volunteer duties included viewing the plans presented by the homeowner to make sure the plans meet the restrictions outlined by the HOA, communicating with builders, banks, homeowners and the Board of Directors.
